You should start taking iron pills! And make sure you're taking your prenatals. Two babies, two prenatal pills. But I hope everything gets better and I hope you feel better.

I know my dad has a heart condition but he found out about it at a later age. My doctor figures it's like with some athletes they have a heart condition but it doesn't show up till later in life, but with my heart working overtime to pump blood to the babies it showed up earlier for me. She thinks it could be a slight murmur to a chamber or value being messed up. @amirxalyak I use to take over the counter iron pills and I just got put on prescription strength yesterday... Plus not to mention an antibiotic for a bladder infection caused by the weight and size of the uterus pressing against my bladder instructing urine and kidney flow...
