I get my nails done every couple weeks and I'm fine lol. Shilac is what it's called, lasts way longer than reg nail polish idk if it makes your nails longer though??

I get it. I try to go every 3-6 weeks 6 weeks when I had acrylic only because they still looked brand new by then but the gel I'll probably do every 2-3 weeks

I want to get mine done too. I only use gel now. Not since I've been pregnant but I want to be lively again also.

@anna014179, gel polish will not make your nails longer. I started using gel with tips and gel polish. I love it! It doesn't smell up my house so I can do them around my kids.

Acrylic is stronger if you like longer nails and the gel polish is beautiful over acrylic too.
