This might be a silly question but can you lay on your stomach when you sleep? I wake up throughout the night and I'm always laying on my stomach. I'm almost 18 weeks.

your baby will let you know when its too uncomfortable for them.  my daughter would kick and go crazy once she was too big for it lol
