I've noticed I have little red pin prick marks all over my face lately & it's getting blotchy.. Not itchy or dry though. I'm 21 weeks along. Have any of you experienced this & what exactly is it from? I read some on the internet but obviously they give the most broad, out there diagnosis lol.
