I got an epidural, but they couldn't keep giving me it due to a bad reaction because of my scoliosis. it was a LOT of pressure for me. imagine being really constipated and trying really hard to poop. that's how it was for me anyway. not trying to freak you out or anything. but all the pressure and her head coming into was the worst of it all. do a TON of kegels to help deliver more easily. I personally think that and getting yourself in the mindset that you aren't getting an epidural is all you can do to prepare.
