Breastfed babies don't poop as much as formula fed babies. My baby goes days and even a week without pooping. When they do it'll be dangerous so watch out.

my daughter had the same problem when she was about 3 months I gave her a warm bath and we just sat there for a little while I rubbed her tummy and pushed her legs back every few mins. after about 30-45 mins she pooped

You should call it could be something that you are eating and is making ur little one gassy(like gassy foods) also when you call ask if you can give gripe water or gas drops thats shen i started to give gripe water to my daughter for gas pains.. I think on the bottle it says u can give to children 2weeks old and up... And id i remember correctly its okay not to have a bowel movement 5-7days when u breastfeed but call ur dr too jst to make sure.
