I need some help please! My feet are super swollen and hurt ! I want to know if anything worked for other mommy's to get the swelling down ?
Yes we can take baths they come in handy when the back problems persist
I have school so I'm literally on my feet all the time .. I try my best to stay away from salty stuff because I know that can be a part of the swelling. But thank you💙 @ciarrarose26 and @kyriemom
I work on my feet 9 or sometimes 12hrs for 6-7 days a week. I drink tons of water and limit my salt intake. Well I pretty much don't eat salt at all. Stay away from salty foods and drinks lots of water and eat your fruits and vegetables.. But have your significant other to rub them for you and keep your feet elevated after you take a bath.
I only had swelling after my pregnancy and that helped right away. just get off your feet dear.
@ciarrarose26, thank you (: I can't hardly walk because of how bad it hurts !
putting my legs up, with pillows underneath. put legs above heart. it's helps circulation.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
you can take hot baths as long as you aren't sweating( making your body temperature rise). I took hot baths every night to help my hip pain with my son.
