@natalias_mommy16, Yes I take my prental vitamins everyday you have to it helps with the baby alot
I plan to Breast Feed! F.T.M so definitely want to experience that bonding with the little one. I take Prenatal vitamins and my O.B said I should definitely continue if I plan to Breast feed it has nutrients in it itself that you and the baby need! So rather you eat right, smoke or so have you the Prenatals would go a long way
@kbuggie20, I had to find a new one. I was put on larazapam 2x a day along with 2 other antianxiety and antidepressants. I was on them for four months before I got pregnant and I withdrawled from taking lorazapam as directed for only 4 months. weeds natural. and its reccomended by many obs vs taking pills for it while pregnant. I'd think about switching docs! they need to focus on your needs. I couldn't be a good mom on all those pills I was constantly sleepy it was so hard. this works so much better for me

changing your diet can be hard. there's so many healthy meal planning apps though! I started with that. my first pregnancy I gained way to much weight. I started at 130 and was 200 when I delivered. this time I've gone back down to 138 and I'm 17 weeks and I'm only 144. I feel a lot better this pregnancy as well.

I can plan on it all day, but that doesn't mean it will actually happen. 😥 I planned to with my first and it just didn't work out for us, but I do plan on it again. Hopefully I don't jinx myself. 😂

I'd probably get a healthier diet if I were you but ultimately your breast milk will fill your baby with nutrition no matter what.
I smoke weed and my doctor knows and she still reccomends I bf. my diet is healthy though. (before anyone gets their panties in a was I'm in Washington, its medical and instead of 4 different pills for anexity this is what my doc and I agreed on).

i breastfeed my babies am doing the same with my twins its a beautiful thing
me! it wasn't possible with my first but my goal is 2 years with this one!
