does anyone have any advice on how to brake my. hold of co sleeping? we just moved in with her dad and he rolls all over…

try having her nap in her crib/pack n play. it'll get her used to being in a bed on her own. I've been told to put your shirt next to her so she can smell you.

I get in sadies crib with her (everyone things I'm crazy for this) but I get her to sleep then I get out. which sometimes is way to hard
