any thoughts on pomegranate blueberry juice? im 32+6 weeks i have even drank the pomegranate peach passion white tea also.

also i heard and felt 2 distinct popping sounds down low by my cervix with no pain or discomfort. i was admitted at 28+4 weeks for preterm labor and spent 3 days and had 2 steroid shots so just needing advice on what to expect. ive had contractions since then and im dilated 1.5 cm and have a soft cervix but no effacement that im aware of. also have low fluid, borderline passing.
