I personally would never do it over the internet I have photos just in my underwear and no top as a belly pic but only sent it to my husband for him and I only but I think some women are very confident in their own body and skin and maybe some look for nice comments about their body since being pregnant changes so much but yes there is ways of taken the photo of making it nice to look at

I have no shame in saying I use to do it when I was a plus size Internet model. . but not anymore..
