Question mamas..... is it bad if my feet/ankles/legs and fingers/hands/wrists swell really bad? it hurts too

No I have serious swelling in my feet and legs. Now I have constant tingling in my fingers which the doctor told me was carpal tunnel syndrome and a part of being pregnant.
