I would recommend taking a prenatal vitamin daily (I take mine at bedtime as to not get sick). Stick to healthier choices for food and just relax! Try not to worry about it. What helped me was.....after we did the deed I put a pillow under my hips and lifted my legs. Let gravity help 😉
