Ok so I'm kind of in a dilemma... One of my friends is being induced on Friday. We were messaging because she wanted to check on me and I offered her one of my extra bassinets. She was overly appreciative and turns out she didn't have anything for her baby to sleep in. Well my husband said the one I wanted to give her doesn't break down so we can't ship it. It would cost too much we could buy a her a different one for that price. Well I got a auto rock n play sleeper for my shower in Texas but couldn't bring it back so I gave it to my stepmom for her daycare. She face timed me and told me not to buy another one because she didn't like it. Well I had already bought another. She said I shouldn't buy her a bassinet because I have my own baby to think about and I spent a lot on Christmas already. I feel bad because I offered this to her and I can't follow through... My husband is like we don't have all that we need and no one but me is basically feeling bad for her. They feel like she has a husband and they could have been prepared.. It's like 13 people who live in the house (she is married but staying with the in laws) she is a very religious person and would never try to take advantage but now I don't know what to do.... Ugh I want to just buy it but I can't spend money without my husbands permission.
