ladies i need advice. im 18 weeks.. im having bad shrap pelivic pain and its going up my left side its a pain that hasnt subsided all day. should i go to the er or just ice? my doc hasn't called me back and im very concerned.

I had the same thing that your explaining here around 17-18 weeks. Like I literally did not move from my recliner and a heating pad all day. My doctor told me it was where my pelvic bones were shifting still causes the pain. It's really painful.
