my boyfriends cousin told me to go with that brand because it comes with everything you need and it's a great pump.

Several people told me the Spectra 2 is the best so that is what I ordered from insurance. It looks really nice but haven't used it yet since I am not due until March.

Yes, Medela is great! Plus Target carries extra parts which is very convenient compared to other brands. And a lot of hospitals use Medela so they give you extra parts as well. Good pumps! Great quality! Popular for a reason.
