I got it and felt fine, just a little tender and bruised feeling around the injection site. Definitely worth it if it saves baby in the long run.

Honestly i think its better to prevent from getting sick.... I got that shot around 30 weeks kinda had feaver for 1 day and felt drowsy but overall no bad reactions

You should get it. Whooping cough kills infants and the vaccine will pass the antibodies to protect your infant until they can get vaccinated themselves. @brinuh
