What do Braxton hicks feel like? I'm a first time mom so this is all new to me

real contractions are every couple min if it's Braxton hicks they are not consistent. timing is a good way and to help they say if you lay down on your back and drink some water that Braxton hicks will stop but real contractions won't stop
