Flashback: 12/5/15.....My nutty sister took a selfie right as I was about to push! My fiance is suited up in the background to "deliver" his baby!!
@babyhawkins2015, same here I'm praying he doesnt hit the floor if he does I might laugh
@jdrose, it's an experience he will love! I thought my fiance was going to pass out...but he proved me wrong
@babygirl10-11, I was surprised my fiance agreed. A few days prior to me giving birth, he said he was not going to be anywhere near where she was going to be coming out. I think it might have been his ego when the midwife asked him if he wanted to catch her in front of all the nurses...lol
@mrssabby yup, I was able to enjoy the last 30 minutes of labor when my epi kicked in. it was great at that point! lol
Girl you smiling, I was all frowns and tears my baby came out so fast my labor was so quick and hard
lol thats cute ... i tried to get my hubby to catch our baby but he said u want be to touch her while she coverd with blood um no ill pass lol hes grossed out easily
@babygirl10-11, yes, he did catch her...the midwife was sitting right next to him though..lol
Now...he swears up and down he delivered his baby! ok...yeah, I'll just let him think that. lmao
@babygirl10-11, wowza..kudos to you! I got to the hospital at 9:45am and pushed her out at 11:01am...so luckily I had the opportunity. I was trying to hold off, but the last 30 minutes was killer...so I broke down and asked for it.
lol yea i wish i had the chance to get the epi but my baby came flying out 10 mins after i got to the hospital. .... did ur hubby really catch the baby ?
@babygirl10-11, My epi had just kicked in... trust me, there were no smiles about 20 minutes prior to that pic! bwahahaha😅😅😅😅
@jdrose, he will be fine. that adrenaline will kick in and then boom... your baby will be in your arms!!
