I ate taco bell before giving birth and it didn't happen!!! all I thought about while pushing was pooping LOL it never happened. If you don't get an epidural it's easy to control! lol

OMG! Me toooo! Haha, I've had friends say that not eating the day before delivery can help prevent this. 💩
