Asked my brother if we would be the Godfather of our son. he said he would be honored. which made me happy. he responded right away through text. then I asked him if he could fly here to be at the baptism. and didn't hear back. and still haven't. it makes me sad that my family won't ever come here to see me or the girls. I'm always having to travel to see them. it makes me feel less important in there lives. this is one reason why I have living in another state!
