hi everyone I have a concern/question. I'm only 23 weeks almost 24 weeks pregnant and the other day I loss some mucous (I think it was my mucous plug) I had pains tht were in my lower back that shot down into both my legs. I still am having the pains but they aren't as severe now. went to the doctor Friday and they said it could be infection maybe n so they took some test. I would like to hear some opinions on wut it could possibly be plz!

mucous plug regenerates itself so unless there was blood along with it not a problem it grows back. as far as the back pain I have that pain and it is cause baby is on the sciatic nerve. hurts like hell.

ok yeah that's kinda wut I was thinking tht he is pry laying on a nerve so tht could be y I'm having those pains thank u:) I'm new to this app so I thought I'd try n see wut other mommas have to say!:)

And it sounds like baby is laying on your sciatic nerve. It was so freakin painful! My back butt and legs just had such an awful pain that I couldn't walk

thank u yeah he said tht I will produce more n see I jus got a lil worried cuz with other 2 I never experienced anything like this so wasn't sure! its nice to get opinions from other moms too!

yes tht is exactly wut it feels like it is better now but was horrible the other day I felt like collapsing :'(
