i am a young new mom of a 7 week old and have been finding it very difficult to adjust to having no freedom...the father is not involved at all per his choice and im finding it very difficukt coping with doing everything myself...any advice on how i can cope a bit better?

I am too a single mother and my son is 3 months now and you just gotta keep your head up and ask for a friend or parents to help a lil but its super hard to so try to do stuff when he or she sleeps
