My MIL hasn't really been around since my son was born. my son is now almost I months old and she has decided it's now convenient for her to want to be around. In the past 8 and a half months she has seen him about t times total.. I've have her chance after chance to be involved, and I don't want her popping in and out when ever she feels cause the only one thats gonna get hurt is my son. What should I do? I've already tried talking

My dad liked to bounce in and out of my son's life, he'd come around once every couple of months leaving my son wondering where grandpa was. I finally a had enough and told him to be consistent or stay away. Just do whatever you think is best for your baby and you won't go wrong. Good luck!
