can anyone explain to me what Braxton Hicks feel like? i think I'm feeling some right about now

It feels like when your getting your period.. It comes and goes .

(Cramps) for like 1-3 mins it all depends.

braxton hicks aren't really painful, they feel like your belly tightening and you can't breathe for a few seconds.

It shouldn't feel like a period cramp lol that's something else. Bh is just your stomach contracting and getting tight and hard. You should be able to change position or drink some water and they should go away. I don't think you're far enough along for it to be an issue yet but keep in mind that later on you should not get more than 4 an hour. If you do you're supposed to call your dr.

And @their.bomb.ass.mom is right they aren't supposed to be painful. Round ligament pain is painful that's when you're uterus is stretching itself.
