happy 16 weeks to me congested so I will be using vapor rub night ladies

using vapo rub is a life saver to me. plus I have a humidifier on ever night

Tylenol also helps (pill form)..make hot tea..decaf..w cough drops..peppermint ..a vaporizer helps..even robitussin

I was the same I caught a viral infection and there weren't really any medications i could take that could do anything so I had to let it takes its course. Vicks, ludens cough drops, a humidifier and lots or rest and water were my cure
