Trying not to think too much into it....but I found this lump on the back of my neck earlier tonight and it's freaking me out. My fiancé wants me to go to the doctor to get it looked at, obviously I do too. Do I go to my OB and tell him first, or what? I don't have a primary care physician in this town, but I'm not sure if I need to run it by my OB first and see what he tells me to do.

no contact a primary dr. ur OB most likely won't do anything for it.

I would call your ob's office and speak to a nurse to make sure.

@mommabear3cubs We'll I knew he wouldn't be able to look into it since it isn't his specialty, but I just wasn't sure if I needed to let him know about it first. I don't have a primary care physician where I just moved, but I'm pretty sure there is one at the office my OB is at.

@mommabird Okay thanks. I'm going to call first thing Monday morning since my next appointment isn't until Thursday.

I don't call my OB unless it is pregnancy related. they don't do anything for me just tell me to contact my primary dr or go to urgent care. good luck!
