I know this is tmi but I was just wondering for any mom's or pregnant women that struggle with constipation if you've ever caused yourself to go into labor. or how to check your cervix.

I could have swore my prenatals made me constipated so I stopped taking them 😑

I struggled with this a lot before pregnancy. and I ended up having to go buy medicine that I'm able to take to help me but before we went I strained for half an hour or longer.

Talk to your doctor, they gave me a list of things I could eat or do to be able to go . @jaycereillysmommy
