I'm going through this same thing. I was infirmed that she gets to pick her outfits for the hospital. and I was just like "are you the one carrying her and going through the pain. I think not "

it's ridiculous and she gets offended when I tell her we have the outfits picked and everything. I get that she's excited but back off you're not carrying her.

omg yes !!! my mother is taking over my pregnancy , the baby's room, the name and pretty much everything its so frustrating and sad at the same time. she feels like its her baby BC her baby is having a baby. Im trying to be understanding BC she's excited and wants to help but there's a certain line to everything. I try to breathe for the baby's sake and try not to let any one ruin my first pregnancy no matter who or what. after the baby is born I will make it clear that she is MY baby and help is appreciated but I don't want my baby calling her grandmom "mom".

I agree! his whole family is taking it over! I'm trying not to stress but I only can take so much. I got her nursery done and put it on Facebook and his mom said something about me returning the crib set and using everything she had.
