are you suppose to loose your plug before you start having real contractions? feeling like I got period cramps and my back is hurting as well. I usually have a high pain tolerance so I wouldn't actually know what to look for if it was real contractions lol.

You don't have to lose the plug to have contractions or go in labor.

I have an extremely high pain tolerance but my contractions felt like the most god awful period cramps ever!

@fancy.shattuck, they feel like period cramps right now. just really uncomfortable. trying to walk around and see if it helps
