Iv yet to try this but I'm going to get a treasure chest and everything she goes potty she gets something out of it and I'm gunna give my daughter fruit snacks to get her started just sitting on the pootty
I let my daughter be naked 24/7. whenever she peed on the floor we had a talk about how that's not okay. she would come with me to sit on the potty, and eventually she learned she could pee on her potty and if she did that she got candy. but only if she peed in the potty. not if she just sat down and faked it.

put fruit snacks on the back of the toilet for rewards when she goes as motivation or whatever her favorite snack is

making a song up about going potty also stickers of her favorite characters and a treat basket every time she goes on and potty
