Courts never take a baby away from the mother unless it can be proven that she is terribly unfit. If a mom gets there kids legally taken away from them and given to the dad you know they did something bad

You are the mother he is scaring you !!! You have the right you don't need to be paranoid girl I studied this is know! He isn't doing anything healthy for you or the baby so no he doesn't have a chance girl please do the right thing hopefully he never gets out of hand

Thanks, I know I wouldn't lose if he did take me to court but I hate the idea of court and the small chance that he would have to win scares me. And if he did get visitation I'm scared they wouldn't let me move to another state. I'm just keeping him happy until I move. @mimiz

One he can't have custody unless you're doing really bad on drugs etc... These men are insane and I hate when they threaten with that like their some kind of super hero 😒 I'm sorry you're going through that
