Why does breast feeding make you hungry as hell😐or is it still my pregnancy hormones geez...lol i love how my body looks better then before pregnancy but dam do i crave food still and want to eat everything...lol this is torture😋

Absolutely, glad to help. Be sure to Google it and find your exact necessary caloric intake. That way you can maintain your PP bod AND keep your milk supply up. There's always so much to learn. 😊

You're supposed to eat more calories than usual while breastfeeding. BF burns a lot of calories. Listen to your body when it tells you it's hungry, you need the nutrients to continue properly producing breastmilk.
