Any mommas deal with Lazy latch? My boy can't stay awake for more than 10 mins to nurse. Idk what to do to keep his little butt awake.

Let him nurse till he's finished. Nursing sessions change all the time. If his pees or weight gain changes then that's a problem but no need to worry about waking if his weight is good. Sometimes they nurse less.
