sex has thrown me into labor with 2 of my kids. no orgasms. it's the sperm that mainly does it. orgasms do help though

not really . it helps the cervix ripen so it can open up because the orgasms makes the uterus contract and it helps the cervix open . just drink some pregnancy tea or bounce on a ball . walking even works too .
I'm dilated 1 cm and cervix is soft so hopefully I can stop being preggers soon
