What do they talk about at breast feeding classes and what do you do? Have one set up soon trying to figure out what it'll all be about lol

Most likely almost everyone in that class will feel the same way! Just a piece of advice that I had wished I had done, take a notepad of questions you have so that if they don't go over it, you can ask. Everyone is normally so quiet at those meetings but it's just because they don't know what or are too nervous to say, but everyone is thinking it!

They'll also talk about pumping and what to expect the first few days, hind milk and fore milk etc.
they show you how to latch, why it's so good for baby, and basically what to expect
