Yes you can. they're just more developed at 20 weeks. I found out at 15 weeks because I had just found out so my dr figured she would see if she could tell and she was right. she confirmed it to be a girl at 19 weeks

I found out at 15 weeks with a ultrasound. before 20 weeks it really depends on how cooperative your baby wants to be

@babyskittlez, At an ultrasound when I was 16 weeks I was told a girl, but at 20 weeks I was told a boy. I had a genetic screening blood test after that and confirmed a boy.
