family planning when working nights is so hard. I got a positive ovulation test Monday morning but worked Monday tuesday night, hubby fell asleep both nights so no baby dancing was done but it was done Sunday the night before my positive test. ..what do you think my chances are?

ok so I have a weird question. Is it possible to get a postive pee test and then get blood work done and it come back negative? I know people are probably tired of answering questions on here but im just nervous cuz I still havnt had a blood test done but got several positive pee tests.
