Has anyone ever felt achy back pains that get worse when exposed to cold weather??? It gets to the point where I get anxious and start to cry. Once I get warm it fades but it's always there. Four months postpartum. Babies change lives and bodies. And not just the way the body "looks"

I had to get an emergency c section they are so painful and who else had to get a c section omg mY whole body is itching
Well I was about to go to bed...and then I get stung by this thing.
Starting my diet tomorrow, time to shift the rest of this baby weight and get my body back for our holiday in September, I give it a day before I cave and get some chocolate😂😂🤦♀️
