my doctor told me to fast 12 hrs before hand if it's early in the morning. if I'm the afternoon he told he to eat a light meal like toast and eggs. you drink a super sugary drink and wait an hour and draw your blood @baby_2016

Boo! My doc said eat like normal. He told me I only have to fast if I failed it.

with my last pregnancy I was told not to eat as well. and some doctors say you don't have to fast but I'd rather be safe than sorry. I do not want to take the 3 hr one. @baby_2016 and @xaviermom1221

Thats so weird,i have mines at 10 (next month) and my dr said it was fine to have breakfast just don't have like a coffee or soda
