I'm really tempted to get this nexplanon removed.. It's been a week since I got it and my left arm from my elbow to my shoulder hurts. It wasn't even like this when I first got it. Those lumps around the length of it, migraines, it looks red and irritated which makes it itch. I called the office and they never even called me back. I don't get it 😭

I haven't had it, but they do say wait 6 weeks for your body to at least get used to it.

@their.bomb.ass.mom my insurance runs out after December 31st so if I need it taken out, I rather do it ASAP.

A few of my friends had to wait several weeks or up to 3 months for their doctor to remove it, for whatever reason. They either got told to wait or they just couldn't get an appointment until later.
