My hospital cave me like pad like ice packs and a squirt bottle maybe putting some cool water and like maybe cooling it down will help a bit I just don't think you want to put something on and risk irritating it more if cry because when I used to have long periods and heavy at that it was so bad because of the pads if sit in a cool tub @sugarduck

I'd refrain from putting anything right now the pads cause irritation because it's all moisture and basically no time to let it air out😔 but that's just me I'm sure someone knows of something
