Have you tried drinking milk? Its the only thing that helped me?

@beautifuldisaster3, I'm dealing with nausea at the same time bc EVERYTHING leaves a nasty taste in my mouth. So the aftertaste is bad with the milk. Thank you for the tip 😘

@mypregnancy_journey, except I saw online you can take Zantac for it so I tried it one day and it did help.

I've tried drinking a whole bunch of water but that does nothing at all and I don't know what to take that won't hurt the baby

I take pepcid. just when needed and it helps all day
