depends on the person. I was dilating at 37 weeks but didn't have my son till I was full term(39 weeks) my sister was dilating then they had to induce her cuz she stopped dilating once they broke her water . my other sister dialated to 3 then her water broke with both of her kids. so it just depends.

I found at 34 weeks I was 80% and when I went into labor I was 2 cm . But I had my son early so idk exacts
