the meat needs to be heat to kill any bacteria that may be on it from being prepackaged and half-assed refigerated.

honestly I wouldn't watch it too much. I asked my mom about it and she said there is something new every time you turn around that pregnant women "aren't supposed to eat". She said as long as it's healthy and you don't over do it, you'll be fine. they even go back and forth on what you can eat, what milk is good for you, what medicines you can take. it's bull.
