Mine was too and I had to do the 3 hour one, didn't make it through it because I got so sick. I now have to monitor my blood sugar from home after my appointment with a diabetes counselor. It's not a hard thing to control from what I've learned. It's not as scary as it seems!

my one hr one came back a little high and I had to do the 3 hr one and it came back normal don't stress

So the eating thing isn't to much different just certain amounts of carbs and protein to balance out your sugars. I test 4 times a day and if I can regulate it by just my eating then I'll be ok but if it's still elevated I'll have to take a pill to help with it. It's more of a hassle I think that anything and somewhat discouraging. It's good to take care of it now though.
