wow, okay, well thanks for the information big help. I'm always hungry and ugh vegetarian I want so many flavors. but I might get some quinoa nd greens.
@miracledey, I'm vegetarian 8 years. Like you I eat fish but only 3 times per month. I eat a ton of beans, egg whites etc etc. My protein level and calcium level is on the lower side due to the fact I don't drink and haven't drank milk since the age of 3. I take a calcium supplements. I just worry if baby is getting all the necessary supplements but dr said he's fine. Also thinking if we should bring him up as a vegetarian because both parents are vegetarian.
@edomke, exactly. Nuts and nut butters and legumes/beans are a great option. I was also vegetarian for two years so I had to learn substitutes.
