Alauras new monitor we are sporting for a month or so until her sleep study, it's big, loud and annoying already with the forever long cords but it's doing its job! It's for nap time, bed time and car rides! Now all we have to get is the pulse oximeter.

@shortizzie, It's a sleep apnea monitor, they want to do a few weeks of in home recording before her study (they believe she has central sleep apnea related to her epilepsy)

My daughter had to go home with it. She use to pull the pads off and we use to have false alarms all the time. I hated it and so did she

@laylamommy, *knock on wood* so far Alaura hasn't really pulled them off, she's tried playing with the cord but the band part doesn't seem to bother her much, more us lol!

@alauraandabdielsmom, since you have the belt it's not so bad. When we switched over to the belt she pulled at them but couldn't pill them off

@laylamommy, They gave us the sticky sensors if we wanted to use them but I like the belt alot better!

I wish the guy would told us the belt was better but he was like she didn't need it bc she was under 5 pounds due to her being a preemie
