ok a little tmi but also a question

so I'm not a first time mom as I have a 19 month old daughter but I never had sore boobs with her and I never got to bf her... my boobs have bean hurting bad and I have had sore nips and last night ( this is the tmi )my hubby and I made love and he was sucking and nibbling on my nips as it fires me up and really gets me in the mood lol well after we did our thing my boobs hurt like they have bean off and on and when I woke up to pee last night my shirt felt damp and when I looked there was some liquid on them... I didn't really think much of it tell I got up this morning and now my question am I lactating? I just saw a little more when I went to take a shower there was not much but a little.... this is the first time I have ever had this happen... I'm 25weeks 1 day along.... I also asked my mom about it and she said that I might be lactating...
