The gender is my push surprise... They give my husband an envelope with the gender and he isn't allowed to tell anyone cuz we got big mouths on both sides... So he knows what I'm having and he does all the planing for the gender what we need ect

They don't make gender neutral clothes like they used too :(

Meaning they are hard to find lol

I didn't wait to find out the gender, but we always said if we had a 3rd child we would. The pros, in my opinion, are it's exciting and you get that moment to actually see with your own eyes, therefore you can't get the gender wrong because it isn't on an ultrasound, it's physically there. The cons would probably be not knowing what to get, or having to search for gender neutral things, which nowadays can be a little tough, but not impossible. Also another con would be having to say he or she or the baby, instead of actually knowing. But I think it'd be a good experience.

My main concern I guess is that I wouldnt be able to bond as closely with the baby with names or just prepping for a girl or boy. I'm not too worried about gender neutral as I dont want to spend too much on unnessecary items anyway (one of the main purposes of not finding out for me) and I dont want to recieve a bunch of Pink/Purple or Blue/Green clothes/items. I like the idea of not only keeping myself on my toes to find out but everyone around me as well. My first born is still a little young to understand what a little sister or brother is so I feel this is my opportunity over waiting for my 3rd pregnancy (if that were to happen).

Well, I think I'll sit on the idea until the big 20 week ultrasound and see how I'm feeling then. Hormones always get in the way of decision making lol I can never make up my mind 😝
